« This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At...

« Das Hotel wirkt neu. Es ist zentral gelegen und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Hoteleigene Parkplätze sind wenige Fussminuten entfernt, dafür überdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal. Als beim Frühstück die hellen Brötchen ausgingen, wurden für mich extra welche beim naheliegenden Bäcker besorgt. Dankeschön. »

"This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
