« Great property. Nothing negative to say about it. The bar is a great place to unwind. Friendly staff. Our family room (with bunk beds) was spacious, clean & well appointed. Perfect location if you're starting or ending your day with a visit to Fountains Abbey as its only a few minutes away. Great place! »

« We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

« The room was great with nice bunk beds and Screens. However, we could not sit in the lower level bunk beds because of the upper bed and there was no place to sit. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay. »

Only one thing that I would change is the shower ‘curtain’. It was very clean but I still don’t like them especially when they blow against you. »
