« Hotel was very clean and very quiet. Hotel staff spoke very very little to no English, so that’s important to you it’s worth noting. 24 hour front desk, man to buzz you in and out of the building. Neighborhood very safe - very short distance to shopping center and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I would stay again at this hotel. »

« Idéalment situé dans le quartier très sur de La Carolina, à deux pas du parque et de la route ou se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants. Chambres en très bonnes conditions, propres et calmes. Éxcellent pétit déjeuner. Tout était parfait. Hotel idéal pour un séjour d’affaire ou vacances. Le seul point negatif: le restaurant de l’hôtel « 5 sentidos », on y a mangé une fois et ce n’était pas bon pour des prix très élévés. »

« Only a block from the entrance to Parque La Carolina, the location was excellent for exercising, eating, shopping and banking, if you dont mind a short walk. The guards at the door were friendly, the management was extremely kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the size of facility all that it provided. »

« IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...
« The host family is super nice. The rooms are clean. The bed was small but comfortable. Hot water was spotty, and the shower was not ideal, but it got the job done. Overall, I loved the neighborhood- great food, coffee shop, and easy to Uber to the main parts of Quito and Cumbaya. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. »
