« This is a very nice place to stay. When reading the description, it states 1 locked bedroom and 1 bathroom and shows pictures of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It does not say, 6 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with rented rooms. There was approximately 10 people in the house with 2.5 baths. It worked out fine but I didn’t realize that this was a room rental. The stay was pleasant. I just like to know what I am renting when I agree to a rental. Just want others to be aware. »

« Had to attend a family event in Rio Rancho. Chose this home due to its spacious interior, new build and you can use the garage! It was quiet, close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel away from everything. If we ever need yo be in NM again, will definitely chose this VRBO. »

« Every morning at 6:30 a.m. The sun rose over the mountains. The night sky was filled with stars and the moon was huge over the mountains. The house agent was very accommodating. Answered all questions and responded in a timely manner. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a relaxing enjoyable. Time at a truly remarkable home. »

« House was great and comfortable in a new quite neighborhood for our needs as we have family that we visited with on the west side of Albuquerque - we always travel with dogs so a fenced in backyard is always a plus ( although it would be nice if the backyard was at least gravel instead of dirt - we picked up tons of nails and screws) the kitchen is nicely stocked ( although there’s no table or chairs to eat at - some bar stools would be nice at the island as well as some ceramic dishes ) Beds...
