Custom-built 5 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with your own private pool, designed with a spacious open layout that’s perfect for relaxing and spending time together. This newer home offers comfort, privacy, and multiple outdoor spaces for your group to enjoy. All rooms have air-conditioning. You can see the floor plan layout by looking at a couple of the photos as we hired someone to create it for guests thinking about renting our vacation home.



The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gated entry create a true private setting. The covered terrace off the great room and large gazebo with table and seating are perfect for gathering with family and friends throughout the day and evening.



Located within easy walking distance to the town plaza, beaches, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, and charter fishing, you’ll have something for everyone just minutes away.



A short 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away toward Sandy Beach is the Rincón Lighthouse, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

Traveling with a larger group? Casa Ensenada is next door (3BR/3BA with private pool) may also be available, giving you the option to book both homes and stay close together while enjoying your own private spaces.

The BBQ grill requires a small green propane tank, which guests can purchase nearby at El Desvío Convenience Store or Econo Supermarket.
