« We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. »

We drove to see some sits like Telluride, Ouray, and Ridgeway but is was so nice to take short walks to Main Street. « Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. »

« This is the cutest little place in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and even extra amenities such as a full complement of spices and several games. They were so accommodating for our little pup too. I would highly recommend this place so you have easy walking access to Lake City’s downtown and several restaurants. »
