"We stayed here with 11 people for New Year’s Eve and my birthday! The property is secluded and peaceful, right on the lakefront, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The sunsets over the water were beautiful, and the hot tub was spotless and ready for us to enjoy. The home was spacious, maintained, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped - perfect for a large group.Our winter stay was great, and I can only imagine how incredible this place will be in the summer. A few small things could have made the stay even better: a little more dish detergent, trash bags, and paper towels would have been helpful for a four-night stay. Also, the remote for the large TV in the living room didn’t work well, even after we bought new batteries, so we had to adjust the volume on the TV itself. Those were minor inconveniences compared to everything else. This home is perfect for relaxing, celebrating, and making memories with family or friends. We did not realize that one of the bedrooms is attached in what used to be a garage, with wetbar, microwave, fridge and own bathroom/shower. Great private space for a couple! Highly recommend - we would stay here again!"

"Jeff was easy to work with. Communications were prompt and professional. The property had a unique charm and is bordered by an animal sanctuary and a watershed p[roperty. A small fishing pond is right outside your front window. Only place I know of where you could swim in a pool, roast smores and commune with donkeys all at the same time. The house was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. It easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children. We had a blast. "
