"Front desk staff very cold and not helpful, asked for an adapter to charge my cell phone, they told they had none me to buy one. 20 mins later, my wife asks same people, no problem here is one to borrow. "So nice! Was a lovely pod and lots of bathrooms available. Very clean and they give you a robe, two towels, and shampoo, soap, and lotion to use during your stay.
