"We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub. "

"The room met our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the village with easy access to everything including the ski hill. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the place was generally as advertised. Unfortunately the property management seems to be run through a hotel in the village, and they were quite unresponsive. On the last day, the hot tub inexplicably stopped working, which was disappointing as we were sore from a long day of skiing. We notified both through VRBO and through the number we were given when we checked in, but we never received any response. Hopefully the hot tub gets fixed for the next guests!"
