All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This condo only has window air conditioning units throughout. There is no central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location/space
Located right off the main drag and less than a block from the boardwalk, this VRBO provided my friends and I an excellent jumping off point for the weekend. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for us to gather. Would definitely return in the future.

Okay stay close to the beach
Had to wait almost 20 hours to get a response about confusing parking instructions, was pretty annoying since the stay came with parking. Mattresses were crazy old and uncomfortable. Plus the 3 window a/c units could not keep up with the heat- none of which were located in a bedroom. Cozy apartment though in a very convenient spot

Perfect Beach House
We loved the location and size of this place! It was right next to the board walk and close to all the shops. We wish there were AC in the bedrooms but we survived and it wasn’t too bad.
