We’ve used this cottage for two visits now to the beach and it’s been a great place to have a crash pad between activities. The kitchen is stocked with what we needed. The location is good.

Cozy and clean

The home was smaller than expected for the size of our group. We did appreciate having four bedrooms but didn’t realize the living area and the bathrooms were so small. Overall it was a good experience.

Enjoyable stay near Delaware Beaches

Great communication with host during our stay and quick to fix any issues we faced. Short drive to the outlets and to Rehoboth beach. The shower is quite small - we had two guests over 6’ who said it was tight. Overall - good stay for the price!

Great stay!

Property was clean and well maintained. Overall my friends and I had a great time! This property is not walking distance to the beach so you have to drive or Uber, but this wasn’t a big deal to us. Keyless entry was smooth and I loved that the owner had a list of recommended restaurants/local spots!

First timers

It was our first time to Delaware and it’s beautiful beaches. We loved how close the house was to the beaches, especially when you have to travel on such a busy road. The location was convienent and having the gas station close by was a plus too. The house was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer there. The air conditioning was very nice too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed

We were in town for a sports tournament. Location was perfect for where we needed to be. Communication with the owner was great. Basic but we prefer a house without clutter. Only two small items would be the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived and there was not a spatula to flip pancakes. Otherwise great stay for our trip to the area.

Twins first trip

We had a great experience. The location was close to everything you could walk to anything. The house was clean and so cute. We walked in on a hot day to a refreshing cool house. Our girls loved it and were able to adjust right away to their surroundings. Overall great visit would definitely stay again host was awesome.

Trip to the beach!

We were looking for a place that was close to the boat launch in Lewes. This was a great spot. Right off Ocean Highway and we could walk to Royal Farms where my grandchildren had slushies every day. Our hosts were wonderful and the house was perfect for us. We will definitely stay again!

The weekend trip with the kids

We had a good time going to Rehoboth Beach. This property is right off of Route one near the outlets and other stores. It was very convenient to everything. There is a bedroom downstairs with a half bath. The full bath is upstairs. The stairs are a little steep, which isn’t necessarily a complaint, just something to be aware of if you have any mobility issue. There was a nice walk-in shower in the full bath upstairs. I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable stay

Two couples, two other friends. This place was perfect for what we wanted — making breakfast in the morning, hanging around the table, and heading to the beach. Plenty of hot water for showers when we got back. Great stay

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the farmhouse was great, it was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The house is a very cute, updated farmhouse. The beds were very comfortable! The host was very responsive.

Much better option than staying at a hotel

We came for a baseball tournament and the location was in between the fields and the beach. Very close to great dining and the outlets. Queen beds were very comfortable. Couch in living room was a little small for our family. Owners were very responsive. Overall, very nice stay!

A lovely cottage with great hosts!

This was a lovely place to stay for our mini beach vacation! We have young kids (3 under 5yrs) and it worked well for our family! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy. It was a very quiet and secluded neighborhood despite being just a minute off of Rt. 1. Every room was so clean and the hosts were so quick to respond to our questions! Highly recommend!

Then perfect fit

The farm House was the perfect fit for me and my family, is located at a great spot close to all shopping centers and beaches as well.House was clean and neat and the temperature was perfect each room has its own unit pretty much. Kitchen had the basics to cook which we did,bed and pillows were pretty comfortable and for me that’s a must. I loved it was located on a quiet street. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times giving us great recommendations, all of this for a great price.

Charming Farmhouse

The Farmhouse on Martin was perfect for our quick getaway to the beach! If you are looking for a quiet property perfectly located between downtown Rehoboth / the beach and Lewes / Cape Henlopen, then this is the place for you! The Farmhouse is smartly renovated with thoughtful amenities. The Farmhouse feels open and spacious with plenty of natural light. There are room-specific heating and cooling units, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful patio to sit on when you feel like taking a break from more populated outings. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating; they also make sure that the home is exceptionally clean and ready for each guest. We really enjoyed our stay!
