Enjoy a 'Four Seasons Hotel' style vacation rental with all of the bells and whistles of luxury! This home is newly built and is located in the Coastal Club Community, where you can have access to the pools and Clubhouse (at an additional cost per person). This home is 6 bedrooms (including the first floor den w/ a pull out sofa bed), and has 4 full baths, which can sleep up to 12 -14 people comfortably. The kitchen, baths and laundry room are fully stocked for your convenience, so all you have to do is come and enjoy your vacation! The open floor plan is large and inviting allowing you the opportunity to entertain and enjoy spending time together. The second floor loft area is also great for kids to hang out and watch movies. The rear deck is screened in and can seat up to 6 people. There is a 2 car garage and driveway parking to accommodate your cars. The resort-style Clubhouse is amazing with an adult swim-up bar, great food, drinks and a slide for kids to play and have a good time. Take a stroll or bike ride on the 3-mile trail and fully take in the experience of being on vacation. Lewes Beach is just a 10 min. drive as well as Rehoboth Beach, there are a ton of restaurants, shopping at the Tanger Outlet, and enjoy time at the Fisherman's Wharf. Want more excitement... you can play mini golf down the street or take the ferry over to Cape May!

Great stay and great space for 3 families. One of the best outfitted kitchens we’ve had with quality pots and pans, dishes and tools. Garage was fool of pool/beach toys, bikes and gear to enjoy the area. The community pool and gym were great during our stay.

Resort style stay

This is a beautiful house with lots of space. This is perfect for a big family like ours that had teens— Everyone had a place to go. The community is beautiful and well kept. Lots to do including a pool and biking riding. The host was very responsive. Overall, a very positive and easy experience. We had a great stay.

Love this house

We loved everything about the setup, cleanliness, ease of communication, and easy to navigate process! Perfect for kids, families, and multiple families. Loved seeing bikes available for riding around the neighborhood! Will likely book again!

First family vacation

If was very nice, loved the house. We enjoyed the pool and very much appreciated the guest passes. We loved the trail and the beaches, We enjoyed going bike riding. We also appreciated all of the extra that were in the kitchen. It was our first family vacation. So we learned a lot for next time. Would come back again

Paradise in Delaware

The house is beautiful, spacious, and new. The kitchen came stocked with spices, plates, cups etc. Upstairs with the bunk beds and it’s own den is awesome for the kids to hang out on their own or they can hang out in the great room with the generous supply of board games and family activities near the kitchen. As for the gated community, I wish I could give it more than a 10 out of 10. The clubhouse restaurant is good to grab a bite at the pool and the swim up bar for adults is a plus. We rented bikes for the whole family and just cruised the neighborhood. The development is very comfortable to just ride around and everyone was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend to any family with young kids. The playground is very nice and the pool has the splash pad etc. (also lifeguards on duty and the pool is 3.5ft at its deepest) It cannot be any more kid friendly than this development. Overall it was a beautiful house in a resort style community. We are hoping for another visit in the future.

My family really enjoyed our week in this house. It was exactly what the pictures showed. Shaquiyyah even went above and beyond to replace one of the bicycles. She was very responsive to our questions during our stay. My family had plenty of room. Great experience!

Excellent...loved the house.

I rented the house online from New Jersey, and hoped for the best. The house was absolutely amazing. I loved it, my nieces and their kids loved it, and I would love to rent the exact same house next year, if that's possible.

Amazing House and Very Responsive Host

Overall, my family had a wonderful stay at this house. This is a brand new house (houses in neighborhood are still being built), and it was well designed and decorated. We enjoyed some of the games that were at the house and enjoyed spending time in the outdoor covered patio as well. My kids loved having their own personal TV area upstairs which had a HUGE TV for that space. It was also very convenient that you had spices there as well for cooking. We went to the pool almost every day -- it is roughly 1/2 mile from the house, so we decided to drive each day instead of walking. Anytime we had a question regarding the house, the host responded via email within 1-2 hours. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The house is brand new. The furnishings, utensils, games, linens, everything just so thoughtful. The living room had a huge couch for many of us to be around. The dining table fit all three of our families. Our kids loved sitting at the bar and playing cards with grandparents on the screened porch. The kitchen was spacious. The owners suite area was particularly wonderful. Really nice for us to be in the community with a pool for our children. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Shaquiyyah!
