Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! "Endroit sympa avec de grandes déceptions. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude durant tout mon séjour. Aucune offre de compensation de la part de l’hôtel. J’ai dû laisser mon permis de conduire en échange d’une bouilloire et d’une chaudière pour me faire de l’eau chaude afin de me laver. Lors de mon départ on a oublié de me remettre mon permis de conduire. Aucun prêt ou location de cadenas. J’ai dû acheter un petit cadenas à clé sur place au coût de 27$ US pour barrer le compartiment de rangement sous mon lit. Le petit casse-croûte est dispendieux pour peu de qualité."

"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."
