"Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe .
The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors.
We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"The accomodation was clean and tidy with basics of
tea/coffee/television and basic toiletries in the bathroom.
Food was available within the main building and was
"usual" pub fare, generous portions and for the area was
reasonably priced.
Would I stay there again?, if in the area and needed accom.. then YES I would book again."

"Awesome resort feeling hotel on the Thames. Lovely village with picturesque views and walks. Some great cafes and restaurants in the village. Easy parking and good location for getting to London via train"
"The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham bridge where you could get a boat ride it had lots of things going on inside the hotel a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi. There was good air conditioning in the room due the the really hot weather a good coffee maker was also in the room it was a bit exspensive as there wasn’t any breakfast included but all in all a wonderful stay"
"Beautiful cosy double room full of amenities, mini bar, fridge and Nespresso machine, and fresh milk!
Lovely modern bathroom. Rooms hot in the heatwave we are experiencing but a fan was provided and I took my own. Hotel provided extra bottled cold water to help which was a nice touch. Loved the local honey given as a gift in the rooms.
Had dinner and breakfast. Both very good. Lovely staff team too. Would highly recommend"
"Had a nice stay, staff were friendly. Very close to the station which is handy. Windows have secondary glazing so you couldn’t hear noise from the street."
"The staff were incredibly helpful, the place was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. I only rated the amenities 3 star and the hotel as 4 as we did not use all the amenities to give it a better review or review them enough to warrant judgment."
