The property manager sent the welcome message only the day before arrival, by the time we read it and discovered it included details about parking and walking distance and tricky stairs, which meant we could not use the property. They also stated we should LIE and say we were long term renters. We immediately informed both the property management and VRBO that because of the inaccurate listing we couldn't use the property. VRBO said it was a violation of their policies and we should not check in and we should receive a refund.The property manager has continued to refuse to do so.As communication continued, everything about this listing meets the criteria for fraud on the VRBO website.We are extremely upset and disappointed with the management lack of integrity and honesty especially as they claim to be a local realtor and their behavior violates realty ethics codes.
