This beautiful architecturally designed home, with panoramic views of Kaitoke Bay and Mt Karioi, will take your breath away. With water and mountain views from every bedroom, a high-end interior and a 10-minute walk to the water`s edge and town centre, it`s the perfect Raglan retreat.

Book the upstairs primary space (2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, sleeping 4) or the whole property with the downstairs level added (4 bedrooms, 4 ensuites, sleeping 8). Upstairs, the master has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with views of Mt Karioi and Kaitoke Bay, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and its own ensuite with sea and mountain views. An electric fireplace warms the upstairs living area, and covered, sheltered decks let you enjoy the views in any weather.

Downstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Bedroom 4 has two single beds, both with their own ensuite and water and mountain views. A second living space and kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities open onto a covered deck overlooking the garden, with a heat pump for cosy evenings.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry liquid. If only the primary space is booked, you`ll have the upstairs and the laundry room at the bottom of the internal stairs; the whole property adds both living areas, kitchen, dining and outdoor entertainment areas. Off-street parking for two cars, with further roadside parking available.

Point Street is Raglan`s hidden gem: quiet and peaceful, yet a 10-minute stroll to cafes, restaurants, galleries and boutique shops, and a 5-minute walk to the Old School Arts Centre. The Kaitoke Walkway is just 50m away, with tracks to Waireinga Falls and Te Toto Gorge, plus kite surfing, kayaking, golf and mini putt nearby.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
