A chic loft, located in the heart of downtown Quebec! A few steps from Old Quebec, all the events and places not to be missed, you will be charmed to live like a local and to be so well located. Restaurants, local shops, delicatessens and cafes to hang out and feel the excitement of the city! A daily walk will quickly become an epic towards the most popular attractions! All this without ever using your car!

The space
Everything you need will be on site: bedding, towels and kitchen items will be provided to make your trip as peaceful as possible! TV and WIFI access, workspace with small desk, kitchen and dining room, equipped with condiments to cook, just like at home, everything is there! All you have to do is bring your suitcases and yourself :)

Street parking is free on weekends, and restricted during the week. (Always refer to the signs.) There are several paid parking lots around the accommodation, (On the google map the parking indications are very clear. Dorchester parking is the cheapest at $ 14 per 24 hour.

Ce loft est très bien, très propre. Bien situé pour aller au vieux Québec, 20 minutes à pied. Le seul bémol est le climatiseur qui est vraiment bruyant.

Overall a disappointment. Although easy to find in a up & coming area with bars/restaurants, the room was not as promised. The picture shows 3 chairs at the table - there was only one chair & the table was broken. The bathroom mirror was cracked, the coffee maker carafe was broken, there was no bath mat, very poor lighting. No clock or dishwasher so you are asked to do wash dishes by hand.

Quiet and clean. Period. Otherwise...Neighborhood is sketchy. No wonder there are locks on every door (3)! We were worried about our car parked outside.Says room is on first floor but it's a long flight up and narrows at the top, which can be tricky when you are carrying a suitcase.Smells like smoke in the room, desire being smoke free.Poor Lighting - very dim in kitchen, and only one lamp at one side of bedBroken chairKitchen faucet spray house is broken and won't stay up.One waste paper basket in whole place. No Kleenex. Cheap toilet paper.Baby cot in room which we did not request.Weird and extremely noisy AC with huge hose venting out window to countermand the base floor heating cranked full on when we got there. No place to hang hand towel at sink.Definitely too expensive for what you get.
Stool broke when we put our feet on it.

Wonderful Loft just outside Quebec Old Town

This property is a great place for 2 when visiting Quebec City. It is about a 10 minute walk to the St John gate in Old Town. We are fast walkers, so others may find it a longer walk. Also you need to climb stairs from the level the property is on to Old Town. There are 117 steps in the stair case we took each day. Loft is about a block from a grocery store and also close to a SAQ (liquor store). Lots of restaurants in the area. One minor issue with the unit is poor lighting in the main area and in the kitchen by the sink/counter. Also it was hard to lock the window when we left each day. A screen on the window would also be nice. Other than that, no other issues. Would stay here again. 117 steps fairly steep.

The property was excellent for us. The entrance to the building, the stairway & hallway could use a cleaning, some maintenance & paint but the room itself was modern well maintained & had all the conveniences we required. It was very well located in the town.

Cute and clean!

A little stressful upon arrival because without wifi, Vrbo doesn’t let you log in to see your inbox with access codes but we managed. And helped out others who arrived with the same issue. Unit as described, cute, clean and efficient. Everything you’d need for a short stay. Parking lots available a block or two away and thank goodness because street parking was impossible to find. Comfortable and charming apartment gave you a sense you could live there and felt at home. While well located in the SaintRoch/downtown area, many homeless and mentally unwell people left us (two women alone) a little uneasy coming home after dark, so be aware…this is in all major cities but worth a mention. 23minute walk from Old Québec and all the action was close enough to enjoy it and see shops and restaurants along the way. Overall a great stay and a wonderful trip for us!

Convenient location

In a great location and has everything you need for a quick stay! It is kind of loud at night as you can hear everything in the hallway, so be wary of that if you are a light sleeper. I had an issue with the lock but they were able to help with it very quickly and fixed it the next day. Would recommend!
