This unique loft in the heart of OLD QUEBEC is filled with light. Original brick walls, wooden beams and 20 feet high ceiling. This loft is spacious offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a murphy bed (queen size bed). Suitable for 6 people.
Located on famous rue st-Jean, you will be steps away from all the main attractions: cafés, boutiques, restaurants and Chateau Frontenac. No cars needed.
Parking nearby at extra cost. (15$/night)

Magnifique!

Loft absolument sublime! Même si nous sommes sur une rue très achalandée du Vieux-Québec, l'endroit est très silencieux. Nous avons très bien dormi. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

This beautiful loft right in the heart of old Quebec City was perfect for our holiday trip. It was easy to get to and the host was welcoming. The space was tidy, comfortable, and well laid out. Our family of four fit in perfectly. The huge windows were very special, offering a nice view to the street below. Overall, a wonderful trip.

Best Hostess!!! Best Location!!! Best Loft Apartment!! The four of us had a beautiful stay in Old Quebec City - EVERYTHING - and I mean EVERYTHING - is walking distance away! Do not miss the Christmas Markets here in December. What a wonderful way to start off the Christmas season.

This location is amazing! The loft is ideal for a group of 4-6 people. The road can be tricky to access on a weekend when some main streets in Old Quebec are closed to cars, but don’t let that stop you from booking this place. A taxi or uber can get close (1 min walk). And if you have a car the parking garage is about a 3min walk. The pictures are accurate, the concept is open so noise does travel. The entire place is charming!

The Loft unit was Beautiful. The tall windows overlooking the city street was fantastic. GREAT location for old town Quebec. Great to open the windows and lean out to watch people. Quiet at night with the windows closed. The only thing we could say is maybe the towels and sheets on the bed need a refresh. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Julie very responsive.

A perfect place for our visit to Quebec City

The loft apartment was ideally located for seeing the sites of the old city. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with lots of light. Julie was a wonderful host who made checking-in seamless. Her clear instructions made it easy for us to park and get settled in. Given that the loft is located on a street that attracts a lot of visitors to the restaurants and shops, I was concerned that it might be noisy at night, but that was not the case. It was quite peaceful through the sleeping hours. I would rent this property again.

Phenomenal Stay in Quebec

Thank you Julie so much for such an amazing time. My friends and I absolutely LOVED the loft and its location just minutes from the best attractions in Old Quebec. We got to be right in the hustle and bustle of things and anything we could want was just a short walk away. The only thing I could suggest is to have more hand soap in the dispensers and toilet paper as we did have a group of five and went through these quickly but as soon as I messaged Julie that we were running out, she had her team ready to drop off items the next day. These were such minor things in the context of the trip though, Julie was an attentive and caring host. She shared great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and we were very happy with the ones we tried out. Thank you Julie, if we return to Quebec, you will be hearing from us again!

Best stay!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Six of us visited for a long weekend to explore the city and enjoy the music festival. The location was right downtown and close to everything with full access parking garage just around the corner. The building felt very safe with key pad entry. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was comfy and spacious. Morning coffee was great with k cups provided. We loved the access to the rooftop too! Excellent and fast communication with property manager before, during and after our stay. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. A+++

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect place to stay. It is right in the middle of restaurants and shops just steps from your front door. The street is closed to traffic from 11am-midnight during summer, making it a very nice experience. The loft is beautiful, roomy, and clean. We loved people watching from the huge windows overlooking Rue St-Jean. The primary bed upstairs is so comfortable, but the room can get a little stuffy since it's the top of the loft and mostly closed off. All of the old city sites are well within walking distance, no car needed. There is even a pharmacy (like Walgreens/CVS) in the same building so no worries about forgetting anything for your stay. The host is so easy to communicate with and very helpful for anything you need. We definitely would return.

Large, beautiful apartment right in the center of old town. You can walk everywhere. A/C was great! Soundproof - as we couldn't hear a thing from the busy street. We loved our stay in every way!

The property was immaculate, well supplied, and decorated beautifully. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to lower Quebec City, lots of shopping and restaurants steps from the loft. The Host was easily accessible and responsive to my questions. Her recommendations for food, activities and services was spot on. Beautiful loft!

We recently stayed at the loft and had a wonderful time. It was in a perfect location and the big windows allowed us to feel a part of the city even while staying in. Julie was very communicative throughout our stay and assisted us with getting a parking pass for the nearby garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
