« Very basic. Can’t find it from street. It doesn’t even have its own street number. It’s located behind a building and sharing the building with other small hotel and residence. It took us quite sometime to find it. It’s in such lousy condition we were almost thought we were back to last century. But the staffs are warm and helpful. The people we met on the cracking noise elevator were minding their own business. We managed to survive the days we were there. Will not recommend it for families...

« Nice hotel in a good area, albeit a little far form the metro station for those inclined not to catch didi's everywhere. The only thing that I did not like, and seems to be a running trend with Holiday Inns, was the breakfast. Good lord, I could not even finish it, it was not the worst of the Holiday Inn breakfasts but certainly what I expected, I only had it once then just ordered in for the next few days, it is 58 yuan per breakfast by the way which I believe is way overpriced for what it...

« Although not all staff spoke English, there was always someone on hand who did, making everything quite easy. Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast had many options and there was plenty of space. There was a conference on at the time, so it was quite full, but there was room for everyone. Basic gym (I used both days) was OK, and good-looking pool (I didn't use). I would definitely stay here again. »

« The hotel conditions were disappointing. The soundproofing was nearly nonexistent, and the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia, it felt more like a dated motel from the early 2000s. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I ended up canceling the remainder of my stay after the first night. »
