Vacation Home “Zehnmorgen 12” – A Rügen vacation for up to five people with a sauna and south-facing terrace

“Zehnmorgen 12” offers a little more space for your travel group: In addition to two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed, there is an extra sleeper sofa in the living room. This means up to five people can vacation together in this modern half of the vacation home.

Built in 2021, the house is located in the vacation village of Klein Stresow on Rügen’s south coast. Spanning 61 m², the home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a bright living and dining area. A private Finnish sauna, a fireplace, a private garden, and a south-facing terrace round out the amenities.

Space for a fifth person

In many vacation homes, the maximum occupancy is four guests. At “Zehnmorgen 12,” a fifth person can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. This makes the house ideal, for example, for families with several children or small travel groups who want to stay together under one roof.

The sofa bed is located in the living area. Two additional, separate bedrooms each offer two full-size sleeping areas.

Two bedrooms with double beds

Both bedrooms are each equipped with a box-springdouble bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres. This means four guests can sleep in two separate double bedrooms.

Each bedroom also features a closet and its own flat-screen TV. This allows the rooms to also be used as personal retreats.

The fifth sleeping spot is available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Scandinavian decor and floor-to-ceiling windows

The interior of the vacation home is modern and Scandinavian in style. Furniture, lamps, and artwork come together to form a carefully coordinated overall look.

Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of natural light into the living area and create a direct connection to the south-facing terrace. The view of the garden enhances the time spent together in the house.

Living area for evenings together

The living and dining room features a sofa with an ottoman. Here, you can read, watch TV, or simply relax after an outing.

A fireplace makes the living area especially cozy on cooler days. A flat-screen TV is also provided. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.

There are four chairs at the dining table. Here, you can enjoy meals or spend evenings together.

Open kitchen with dishwasher

The modern kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. It features high-quality appliances and a complete set of tableware.

A dishwasher takes care of the cleanup after cooking. The open layout ensures that meal preparation remains part of the shared vacation experience.

Sun on the south-facing terrace

The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the south-facing terrace. There, you can start your morning with breakfast in the fresh air. Even during the day, the south-facing orientation provides ideal conditions for relaxing outdoors.

Garden furniture is available. The adjacent private garden offers additional space for relaxing and playing. Children are welcome at the vacation home.

Two bathrooms for the group

With up to five guests, having two bathrooms is especially convenient. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet.

Guests can split up between the two bathrooms in the morning or freshen up after a day at the beach without long wait times.

Private sauna on the first floor

The ground-floor bathroom features a Finnish sauna. It is part of the vacation home and is not shared with other guests.

After a bike ride, a walk along the Greifswald Bodden, or a cool day by the water, the group can relax here in a private setting.

Upon arrival, the beds are already made. Towels are also provided.

Laundry and Drying in the Main Building

The vacation home does not have its own washing machine or dryer. Both machines are available in the main house as coin-operated machines for shared use.

Natural beach within walking distance

The vacation home is about 600 metres from a natural beach. You can walk there. A handcart makes it easier to transport beach bags, towels, and other items.

The Greifswald Bodden is also nearby. The surrounding area offers opportunities for walks and bike rides, as well as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

After returning, the south-facing terrace, the garden, the sauna, and the fireplace are all available to enjoy for the rest of the day.

Quiet location in Klein Stresow

The vacation village is situated in a natural, water-rich setting on Rügen’s southern coast. Access is via an unpaved, natural road, and vehicles must travel at walking speed only.

A reserved parking space is available free of charge for guests’ vehicles.

Shared EV Charging Stations

There are a total of three charging stations for electric vehicles within the vacation village. They are not assigned to any specific vacation home but are shared among all guests.

There is a charge for charging. The fee is calculated based on the length of your stay. A car charging cable is not provided and must be brought along.

Shuttle Service for Train Travel

If you’re arriving by train, can arrange for a shuttle from the Putbus train station to the vacation village for a small fee. This way, you can cover the last few kilometres even without your own vehicle.

Café Klein Stresow with Farm Store

The vacation village is home to Café Klein Stresow with its farm store. There, guests can enjoy hot and cold beverages, fresh rolls, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and specialty coffees. Regional products round out the selection.
