The villa is located on a mountain and accessible via a private concrete road with a automatic gate. The villa is classified as follows; Spacious living room with dining rool, half open fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet with hand washing, spacious bedroop with dressing room, bathroom with bath / shower combination, double washbasin in furniture, toilet. Then we have the master bedroom with built-in closets, followed by a large luxurious bathroom with double sink, a large corner bath with jacuzzi function, a large walk-in shower and toilet. A third bedroom/studio with separate entrance has fitted wardrobes, ketchenette with a sink with hob, refridgerator and sink, a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink in furniture, toilet and terrace. Heating and air conditioning are provided everywhere. Fly screens everywhere. A garage with separate laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and toilet. A beautifully landscaped garden. A large covered terrace that can be closed, different sun terraces. A beautiful swimming pool of 8m by 4m, tiled with mosaic and fitted with a cover, followed by a cozy semi-covered terrace, outdoor shower. Terrace and outdoor lighting everywhere. Automatic garden irrigation. Alarm connected to central / police. Location; 2,5 km from the village with the necessary shops, promenade, cozy beach restaurants. 10 minutes from the golf course. 5 minutes from the crystal caves (La Geoda de Pulpí). Ideal location for people who love peace and privacy.
