  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this large centrally-located place. New and fresh apartment 5 blocks from the beach. Great bathroom and practical small kitchen. Two balconies one with an ocean view and one with lush planting. Great for couples or single people who like to explore a PV local neighborhood and feel like you live in PV and not in the tourist area. Walking distance to Malecón & zona Romantica. No stairs but a soft steep one block walk from the main avenue. Spacious studio you can stretch a yoga . It has insulated windows dressing/bathroom and kitchen. Two balconies one with ocean view and a garden in the other.
