Enjoy total privacy and relaxation at our exclusive waterfront vacation home. The villa is located in the middle of a double lot with no houses on the lots on either side. This provides a couple of acres of lush native growth on both sides of the villa and no neighbors anywhere close. Daydreams Villa is located directly on Chalk Sound on the south side of Providenciales. The villa is in a quiet, luxurious, residential area, but within a short drive of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Walk out the back door, down a few steps, and into the warm, calm, clear waters of world-famous Chalk Sound. Enjoy stunning views of Chalk Sound National Park and soak in the constant relaxing breeze on the expansive patio and pool area, or take a short walk or 2 minute drive to incredible Taylor Bay beach. Enjoy complete privacy, peace and relaxation in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom waterfront villa, including a private pool, connected dipping pool with waterfall, air conditioning, fast WIFI, modern LG flat screen WIFI TVs, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home including high-end linens, soaps and shampoos, beach towels, 8 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, and 4 sea kayaks. The main house includes two primary bedrooms with one king bed in each bedroom and en suite full baths in each, an eat-in kitchen, foyer, family room, parlor half-bath, wet bar with pass-through window to pool patio, and 2-car garage. One of the king bedrooms also has a twin sleeper sofa in it. The guest house, located within a few steps of the main house, includes two bedrooms with one queen bed in each bedroom, one full bath for the guest house, and a family room with sectional sofa and a queen-sized "EZ bed" which can be set up as needed. Daydreams Villa is all about soaking in the INCREDIBLE 180 degree views of Chalk Sound. There are really no words to describe the ever-changing color of the water and the feeling of the constant trade winds and warm sunshine. Our favorite places to relax at Daydreams Villa are: \-the spacious covered pavilion overlooking the water and just steps away from the pool - we dare anyone to find a better view on Chalk Sound \-the swim platform where the gentle waves of Chalk Sound and colorful coral reefs and tropical fish beckon you to jump in the clear, shallow, warm water for snorkeling or kayaking (sandy bottom is safe for bare feet!) \-the upstairs balcony off the back main bedroom, especially at night with the stars covering the sky and the trade winds washing your cares away \-Taylor Bay Beach (also called Sunset Beach) - we think this is the most beautiful, relaxing beach in the world. Shallow, clear, warm water, soft white sand, and often you are the only people on the entire beach! Our property manager will meet you on site upon arrival, provide a property tour, answer any questions you may have, and will be available by phone or WhatsApp anytime during your stay if you need anything. \*\*Note: Electricity is very expensive in Turks & Caicos. We provide an allowance of up to $50 per day for electricity usage for the air conditioners and pool heater. The AC and pool heater are metered separately and the meters are checked before and after each stay. If you use more than $50 per day, the balance will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card after checkout. In our experience, this daily allowance is plenty to run the AC systems at night, some occasional/situational use during the day, and enough to keep the pool heater set around 84 degrees F. This policy protects us from a situation where a guest might choose to leave the AC systems on full blast all day and night and leave doors and windows open. The location is breathtaking and the house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We really appreciated how the house design maximized the amazing outdoor area. We were able to spread out and come together at the pool and outdoor patio. Air conditioning works great and is very much needed in TCI. Plan to bring groceries or make several trips since the closest recommended grocery store is 30 minutes away. Lots of pillows, lots of pool toys, easy breezy check in/out, beds are comfortable, and we loved access to chalk sound. Overall this house is wonderful. Things to note: drip coffee machine, pack and play, all the basic spices, lots of coolers, you cannot drink house water and must purchase bottled, they have bug sprayers that can be activated by property manager remotely, pool can be heated, property has an alarm. The villa was exactly as described and a great option for us. We have stayed on Provo in 8 different villas and really prefer the Tayor Bay area. We were two families with four adults and five kids (17,16,14,14,12). The views of Chalk Sound were absolutely amazing, as the water is the bluest on a very blue island, and the sunrises are gorgeous. The heated pool was perfect and the kids especially loved the plunge pool. We kayaked to iguana island one morning, walked to Taylor Bay a few times and enjoyed the amenities of the house. Judy and Veronique made check in easy and were on top of everything. The only thing we missed was having a sunset at the villa, but Taylor Bay couldn't be better for that and was just a short walk. We would definitely recommend this house. Judy also recommended Chef Kamar and he was amazing for the two nights we ate at the house. The house was just like the pictures – beautiful. Good closet space, storage, etc. Comfortable beds. Very clean when we arrived, well equipped with necessary basics (trash bags, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wine glasses! Pantry cupboard with basic cooking staples (oil, vinegar, sugar, some spices, coffee filters), and a lovely welcome basket. Enough beach towels and laundry detergent. The house has a pack n play, and a brand new high chair (thank you. Will!), and sand toys for children. The space worked really well our three-generation family. Having the freestanding guest house with two bedrooms, and the front master bedroom over the garage gave everyone some separation. The house would also work well for four couples.The views overlooking Chalk Sound are simply gorgeous. Every day on the pool deck and outdoor dining pavilion, looking out at that beautiful aqua water, we felt such a sense of tranquility. The house is well situated to spend beach time at nearby Taylor Bay beach, or Sapodilla Beach, both of which are perfect for families with smaller children– extremely shallow water with no waves. We went up to Grace Bay beach to snorkel at Coral Gardens one day, and out to dinner two nights, but otherwise were very happy to stay at our villa.Both the island-based property manager and the host were super responsive and helpful - thank you!Rent this property - it's wonderful! ##### Carol M. My husband and I stayed at Will’s villa for a week with my husbands family and it was perfect for us! We travelled with our 9 month old son - everything was clean and safe. An absolutely wonderful stay. Everything start to finish was perfect. They had someone waiting for us at the house to check us in and show us around. The house itself was perfect for our group. The views off the large pool & patio area are just insanely beautiful -- the pictures almost don't even do it justice. The bluest waters I've ever seen. The house is well equipped with plenty of supplies, including beach & pool towels nicely placed at each entrance from the pool deck. All of the rooms and bedrooms have A/C. The views from master bedroom are just as incredible and the perfect way to wake up each morning. The host and property managers were great about providing recommendations and even organizing a covid test for us in the house (for our return flight) -- made for a easy and seamless process. The property is everything the description and pictures portray and more. The villa is well maintained--from the pool to the landscape and irrigation, cleaning, etc. The kitchen is well equipped and the villa has plenty of beach towels, bath towels, linens, etc. The location is quite tranquil and peaceful but very close to Sappodilla Bay Beach if you want more "action." And, the island is not that big, so you are never too far from anywhere you want or need to go. There was quite a "breeze" most days during the month. We didn't use any air conditioning except at night in the bedrooms. The property owners and villa management were very available, responsive and helpful, if and when needed. Our family of five stayed at this property for one week in July with family friends (another family of four). The pictures and description here on VRBO are all very accurate, and the home is just lovely! The home was literally spotless (not even a speck of sand underfoot), and every room is well-appointed with all that you will need for your stay. We have visited many beaches, and the water color in Turks and Caicos is by far the most beautiful. What a treat it was to be surrounded by such views for a week! We used the pool daily as well as the ocean access. Both were refreshing! Our teenaged boys and husbands also enjoyed kayaking to the island to feed the iguanas. The lady who met us at the home at check-in (Whistline, I believe) was able to help us secure several excursions during our stay. We enjoyed deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and cliff jumping. Some recommendations: The restaurant, Las Brisas, is just down the road from the house. We ate there twice and were very pleased with the service, atmosphere, and delicious food (Try the conche bisque!). Other restaurants we enjoyed: Omar's, Mango Reef, Somewhere, Hemingway's, and coffee/breakfast at Lemon to go. The Thursday night fish fry is lots of fun, too! Although tricky to find the public beach access, Taylor Bay Beach is just lovely! We also enjoyed Smith's Reef and the Bight for snorkeling. Lastly, the owner's recommendation book in the home gives you instructions for visiting Split Rock. Do it! ##### Kelly H.
