Pernera holiday villa - rentprivatevillas 173 is located in a private gated complex on an exclusive development in Pernera. The complex is accessed by a barrier key fob and sits in a prime position, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa has gated off-road parking. The garden and pool area are fenced off to the front of the property, which makes it very private. The villa compliments the other four properties that we have on the same complex, making it perfect for a number of groups holidaying together (please also view 012, 028 and apartment 175).
