Be aware that the walk you need to make to get to the beach doesn't seem that far when looking at the map, but it is soft sand and dunes that can make it a very difficult walk for those with mobility issues. "Great house. AC is great also. My only complaint is there is no direct beach access. You can walk between other houses out to the beach, no sidewalk. And the beach is almost like a saltwater lake. Days 2 and 3 we booked a spot and drove to Henderson State Park Beach, which is type of beach we wanted."
