The house is well equipped, and you can tell that the owners stay there part time.The layout allows for socializing and fun on the middle level with a sitting areas and screened in porch while others can find some peace and quiet if needed on the upper or lower floorsThe private beach access is awesome and a true benefit. North Beach is a cute little town but the beach itself was crowed. So we ventured out and spent the day at Breezy Point Beach which was wonderful. Even drove out to Dunkirk and found a great playground for the grandkids. Everything was within a 20 min drive. »

« Was looking for a low-key spot to enjoy the water with a couple of friends and we got exactly what we wanted. Was able to enjoy beautiful views of the water, got lots of sun but also was able to sit in the shade if needed. Seems very kid friendly so hope to be back with mine! »
