Enter an oasis of tranquility with our breathtaking main floor featuring a spacious open-concept dining room and living area. Delight in a culinary experience as you gather around the large table nestled by the fireplace, enveloped by panoramic views of nature, crafting unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
Ascend to the expansive upper floor master bedroom complete with an office, living room, and ensuite full washroom for ultimate relaxation before retiring in the king-size bed or to the second bedroom, adorned with two inviting beds.
Descend into the basement paradise, where endless entertainment awaits in our full game room featuring a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Retreat to tranquility in the sauna or unwind in the living room with direct access to the spa. Additional sleeping quarters are provided in the cozy bedroom with privacy curtains, ensuring a restful stay for all.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with our vast yard boasting two patios, ideal for alfresco dining and outdoor living. Enjoy the serenity from the private dock, kayak on the tranquil waters, or gather around the outdoor fire for heartwarming storytelling and cherished moments with loved ones.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to our serene property, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. We maintain a STRICT NO PARTY policy at this residence and kindly request your cooperation in observing quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am, as well as minimizing any excessive noise disturbances. Please be mindful that sound travels more easily outdoors, especially with the nearby lake amplifying it.
Getting Around:
15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur. 45 minutes from Montreal.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure your utmost comfort and preparedness, we wish to share the following considerations:
Kindly declare any pets accompanying you, as additional fees may apply.
Please be advised that the parking area has a capacity of up to 4 cars and street parking is strictly prohibited.
The spa facilities are available year-round and have a maximum capacity of five people at any given time.
Access to the lakes and the use of paddleboats/water floats are restricted to the summer season exclusively.
Please note that indoor gas fireplaces are unavailable during the summer season. However, the outdoor caged firepit remains accessible year-round. We provide one complimentary bag of firewood.
Tap water is potable only via the kitchen sink as it is filtered. The water from any other faucet is not recommended to consume.
In the unfortunate event of a power outage, please be aware that the water supply will also be affected, as it requires electricity.
Initial provisions, including filtered coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt & pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, and a complimentary serving of 1 K-cup per guest as well as a few Nespresso Vertuo pods, are provided for your convenience. Any additional supplies required beyond this are at your discretion.
