This delightful 2-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin comfortably accommodates six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. As you descend the spiral staircase to the lower level, fully carpeted bedrooms await, bright and airy with views to the east, south, and west. The first bedroom features a Smart TV for streaming movies and shows, while the second bedroom opens to the lower deck with a small patio set. A full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combination, as well as a washer/dryer, complete the lower level. We have added A/C to both lower bedrooms as well as main floor. Perched on a gently sloped lot, Canyon View Cabin offers impressive views of the southern canyon and the sprawling Ponderosa pine forest. The wrap-around deck, adorned with comfortable patio furniture and a dining table, invites outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy the serene pine-scented breezes and delightful views from your morning coffee to your evening wine. The main floor showcases the original log cabin walls built in 1957, providing a rustic and warm ambiance. The living room features a stone, wood-burning fireplace, a large wagon wheel light fixture, and large windows offering forest views. I brought my grandkids here for a long weekend and they had a blast exploring around the property which was well marked and contained so I didn’t have to worry about them going too far. The cabin itself was clean and roomy enough for the 4 of us to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we all enjoyed the wrap-around deck. The location is a 5 minute drive from Whiskey Row and close to shopping, gas, grocery store. The open floor plan of the main floor was perfect. Love all the windows and high ceilings as well as the wrap around deck. Our dog loved the freedom of stepping out the kitchen door to the fenced area. She was very entertained by the lizards. The neighbors were very friendly. The photos don't do the place justice-it's infinitely more beautiful than the pictures depict. The log cabin charm was cozy, the open plan was wonderful to just hang out. We spent most afternoons on the upper deck just listening to the wind in the trees. Deer frequented the yard, along with javelina. The kitchen was stocked as listed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy. Loved this place. It's about five minutes from the center of town and three minutes from Goldwater Lake.
