« The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. « The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again! »

« Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door. »
