"This place has a big noise problem. Although the girl who welcomes you at check-in was sweet and kind, nothing helps once you live inside a noisy bar. From the evening hours until the night the young volunteers play music as loud as they like. "The staff at the front desk were amazing—very helpful and kind. They provided us with great tips on places to go out, which we appreciated. We had an incredible stay overall. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!"

"Big shut out for Jefferson in the reception waitress Kev and the cleaning lady Marcia they definitely accommodate all our needs thank you so much this hotel was refer to us by a local Luciana told us to choose this pousada and she was right I wish the water at the balcony pool was warm and the main pool but it’s all good we enjoy the stay and definitely recommend to others.
