« House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house. So glad that there was a railing to hold onto because the stairs were not level at all. This posed a real threat to...

It’s just five minutes from Sebago Lake State Park, where we took full advantage of the boat ramp and beach several times during our stay. « It was just what the doctor ordered, a month in a quiet (except for street traffic which we could not see, but could hear), wooded, seemingly remote location, that was very private. Lilac cottage is so sweet, a quintessential Maine cottage with good WiFi, 10 minutes from the great town of Bath and lots of parks and beaches. Mark was the perfect host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You truly feel alone, yet connected. What a place! It’s stocked with lots of water....

« Superbe accueil des propriétaires. Endroit calme avec vue sur l'eau. Hélas pas d'accés au bord de l'eau alors qu'elle se trouve à une 50aines de mètres. Le lit n'est pas du tout confortable et nous a causé beaucoup de maux de dos. L'eau vient d'un puis artésien impropre à la consommation. Le priopriétaire a fourni de l'eau en bouteilles.
