"Breakfast gets a 10 out of 10!! Love all the options and the yummy flavored waffle mix!! Pool and hot tub were great!! I mean if all hot tubs can be that temp I would love it!! While we enjoyed our stay there were a few hiccups. Not all of us could get on the WiFi. I did not like the lack of full service in the room. It is fine in general but we ran out of toilet paper and we would have liked more towels as there were 4 of us. We did go to the desk for the things we needed but a simple service of checking the bathroom would have shown what we needed replaced. That being said we liked it and would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent staff , a lot of activities. Beautiful landscape , hiking, swimming, biking, boating. And much much more. Great for families. Free coffee, water. Go online check at the pictures. Don’t expect a hotel it’s a camp. Close to Bolton Landing for restaurants and see all the activities offered. We are returning with the family. 5 stars"

"Upon arrival, there were two males at the front desk, Mike was checking other guests in and the other just sat there (he never so much as greeted me). Mike was annoyed that I wanted to change my credit card for payment and then huffed “I only have rooms on the 3rd floor available.” After the less than welcoming check in, we were never spoken to again as we passed through the lobby. The room was CLEAN!!!! Always my biggest concern. Based on cleanliness and location to Pond Hill Ranch, I’d stay again but I will get rid of any expectations of warm hospitality."
