### Casa Bellevue, with sea view and terrace

A luxury apartment, elegantly built and furnished, it is located in the heart of Positano, vertically set upon the countryside, overlooking the colorful houses and white tops that reach the bright, blue sea. It is part of an old Positano villa with terracotta floor tiles and ancient background, with all its comforts where one can enjoy peace, quietude and privacy.  
  
\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
From the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a spectacular view, where you can admire the colorful bay of Fornillo, a famous Positano beach with the Saracen tower of Clavel and right across the islands of Li Galli literally translated as “The Roosters”.  
  
The three islets, also known as Syrenuse by the ancient inhabitants, a mythical place where the sirens cast a spell upon Ulysses and enchanted him with their song. Legend has it that he chained himself down so that he would not give in to their temptation. Furthermore, the island of Li Galli was the home of the choreographer Leonide High and then the world famous ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev.  
  
The structure is located just 40 steps from the main road and in its vicinity you will find restaurants, a newsstand, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and all other conveniently located services. The beaches are within a stone’s throw leading to the main road or the famous stairway, which leads home by way of the dock in just a few minutes.  
  
The house is laid out on two levels, the upper floor of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and crockery. Also,a living room with a sofa and armchairs and with dining area comprising of fireplace, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This floor has access to the panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture, cushioned benches, a large table with chairs under the wisteria-covered gazebo for the pleasure of dining and enjoying breakfast, also chairs where you can sip on an aperitif while taking in the breathtaking view.  
  
The lower floor consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and antique style pottery with a bath and a bedroom with added sofa bed (without window but with air conditioning), and a bathroom with shower.  
Included in the house services are wi-fi connection, bed linens and bath towels which are changed weekly.

EUR 30 from 22:00 to 24:00 hrs.

#### Positano View

Two couples in our 60’s and 3 our first time in Positano. Perfect for the 4 of us with essentially 2 masters, plus an additional room with a Murphy bed, which was great when my husband got sick. Views are amazing, but lots of stairs. Now I know why you don’t gain weight in Italy! Nice, easy walk to all shopping and food. Beautiful!

#### Casa Bellevue

The name of the property summarizes it well. The views from the terrace are incredible. The terrace itself is a definite plus. We enjoyed our 5-night stay in beautiful Positano. There was ample space for 4 adults. Fortuna and Nunzio were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If in the area make sure you also check out Ravello - well worth a visit.

#### Beautiful House, Unbelievable View

Visited Positano for a wedding with my partner, our two kids, and my parents. Given the young age of our kids, we spent a lot of time at the house, most of it in the patio. We had a bunch of other wedding guests over prior to the big event and everyone was blown away by the place. If you’re booking for a group, pick this spot, you won’t regret it!

The location was perfect to walk to the beaches and all the great restaurants. We had a car and we’re grateful for the garage option. We’ll be back!!

The property was beautiful and the views from the patio are as amazing as they appear to be. Check in was easy and Nunzio was incredibly helpful and responsive. AC was challenged with the August heat and would have liked directions on how to use the washing machine but overall it was a wonderful stay.

#### Perfect Villa in Positano

First and foremost, Mrs. Fortuna is awesome. She arranged porters to carry our luggage for us, and helped upon arrival when my friend was sick. The house has beautiful ocean views, it is exactly as described and as the pictures depict. Restaurants and Supermarkets are near by as well as a bus stop which comes in handy. I definitely recommend and I will stay here again for my next visit to Positano.

#### Wonderful location, expansive ocean views, spacious outdoor terraces & beautifully furnished.

Ideal property for 2 couples that enjoy their own space.. 2 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.. The carpark we had wasn't too far from the apartment.. Mrs Fortuna was great and dealt with any requests we had promptly.. Would definitely stay at this property again..

#### Beautiful villa with amazing views!

We really enjoyed our visit. The views were incredible. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was plenty of room and privacy. Fortunata was extremely helpful. Only suggestion we could make is to upgrade the beds. Fortunata arranged for the porter service for our luggage and we would definitely recommend this service. Positano was a wonderful experience. We loved staying there.

#### Gorgeous villa, amazing view, wonderful town

We stayed for 6 nights with our family of five (two teenagers and a tween). The villa was clean, well furnished and spacious - a great place for our family to come back to and relax after an active day of sightseeing and hiking in the area. There is a grocery nearby that makes delicious sandwiches perfect for taking on a picnic with you. Many wonderful restaurants in town as well! Checking in and out was simple and easy to manage. All in all, everything was simply perfect!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Positano!

#### Oasis of calm and vistas

We had an wonderful stay at this charming two-story apartment in Positano, which was close enough to all the convenient downtown restaurants but also wonderfully removed from it as well, overlooking a less crowded part of the historic village and a tranquil beach down below, with stunning vistas from morning until night of Li Galli islands. Also to be commended was the entire staff that oversees the property, including Nunzio and Fortunata, the latter having gone beyond the call of duty when she drove all the way to the apartment from her neighboring village because we had inadvertently locked ourselves out. The apartment was as advertised, and perfect for our family of four, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking as well as needed air conditioning throughout the house. Bellissimo!

#### The perfect home in Positano

We stayed at Casa Bellevue for 5 nights this October and it was perhaps the nicest home I have ever rented. There are two bedrooms on the lower level each with their own bathroom, although both my daughters used the larger sunny bath. The upper level has a full kitchen, a dining area and two sitting areas plus another bedroom and bathroom. Everything was extremely neat and comfortable so we were able to settle in and enjoy our stay. The nicest feature of the apartment is the extremely large terrace with several seating areas, a dining area and the best views in Positano. Sitting out and enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset was just perfect. The apartment is is a good location; the walk into town and the main beach was under 10 minutes. Coming back up the stairs - 327 - is a bit more challenging! For privacy and sleeping ,there was little street noise, which is a big plus in my book! I would highly recommend this rental - you cannot go wrong here!
