It’s a dream come true for lovers of the sun, sea and luxury. Perfect for an unforgettable seaside holiday! This seafront villa was built in 1950 and renovated in 2020\. A unique feature of this villa is its close proximity to the sea, with its terrace being just a dive away from the beautiful water. All on one floor, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with outdoor areas, the private swimming pool, the private external tub perfect for enjoying the sun and coastline of Marina Grande di Sorrento. Inside is an open-plan living room and kitchen, containing original furniture, which leads onto the terrace. There is a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances to suit every need. The bedrooms, en-suites, can be reached from the living room. The impressive private garden contains tables and chairs. The terrace overlooking the sea has parasols and deck chairs, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the magnificent views from morning till night. There is also an English garden with gazebos, tables, chairs, a external Jacuzzi, a private swimming pool and a barbecue grill. A bit off the beaten track—taxis and other vehicles can only get within about a block, and a strenuous uphill 15 min walk to town suitable only for fit/healthy individuals. Our only minor compliant is that the heat was somewhat ineffective, so the place could be chilly inside on a cold winter day. Note that the listing is accurate—there is no washer/dryer. The hostess made excellent recommendations for dinners and a cooking class and arranged them very conveniently. We loved all her recommendations. Fresh daily breakfast of coffee and pastries was lovely. The views and the walks were amazing. The family that the Villa belongs to is welcoming and loving. The property was more than we expected. Just a beautiful place to sit back and relax with our family. Giada is A+!!! Such a wonderful person. Individuals entering your house without knocking. I know they are working there, but some just open the sliding door and walked in while we were sitting having breakfast. Also, we weren’t given the 82 page amenities itinerary until after four days that we have been there. I think she just forgot to send it, but we ended up booking a boat, other dinners, etc. not knowing you had all the resources. This for sure should be given upfront. The villa is right on the water, and the views are unbelievable — you can literally sit outside all day and enjoy. The outdoor space was our favorite part: plenty of room to lounge, eat, and soak up the sun, with the sea just steps away. Inside, the house was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better — quiet and peaceful but still just a short walk to great restaurants and the heart of town. Easy walking to several shops and restaurants. If air conditioning is important to you, as it is to me, this Villa had excellent air conditioning. Even in Aug, it was very cool. Communication with the Villa host was great and she coordinated boats, taxis, restaurants for us. We loved the easy access to the sea and the pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant next to the Villa, which has the same owners, treated our family like VIP when we came in. We ate there twice and both meals were excellent. We were treated like family. This was the perfect location for our family of 8\. The lovely Giada was our concierge and was in touch a month before we were due to arrive to see if there was anything she could do to make our trip more memorable. During our stay Giada was always available to answer any questionshelp with any small issues and was a superb host. The villa itself is breathtaking, and a perfect base for any group trip to Sorrento. Its location in Marina Grande is superb, offering some peace and serenity away from the crowded streets of Sorrento, but only a 10 minute walk into town. If you don't want to walk up the steps into town, there are lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk, with Porta Marina Seafood being our favourite. There is also a lovely cocktail bar (La Finestrella Secret Bar) and a small convenience store with all essentials and even a lovely deli counter for lunch options. Hay muchos sitios a donde caminar y comer cerca. Solo diría que deben mejorar el wifi se cae de vez en cuando.
