This spacious four-bedroom five bath 2 story town house is perfectly located w/ a lovely view. The 4 large bedrooms are all en-suite and each is very private. Feel Porto are excellent hosts. We would happily stay here again.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the river. Lots of shops and places to eat local. Plenty of space for a group of girls, each bedroom has a bathroom plus an additional shower room which is great for getting ready. Breakfast service was well worth doing, all delivered to your door each morning fresh. Would highly recommend and would love to go back and stay again! Only thing as a group of girls was a lack of mirrors. Only one mirror in each bathroom, could do with a few full length mirrors but wouldn’t stop us from going again.

Loved being at the heart of the action. We could walk out in the morning and have a coffee and pastry at a river front Cafe. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was roomy and bright. The unit door was tricky to unlock and loud to close. We could have used more toilet paper The hairdryers were hard to use. The air conditioning units in our rooms was malfunctioning and kept us up one night. Additional storage for clothing and toiletries in the bedroom. Storage for food in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved this place! Our group of 6 adults found the location to be Incredible. Located near the river and a bridge over to Gaia, we were able to walk everywhere. No false advertising here. The unit has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and is on 2 levels. There is street noise at night, mostly on the weekends, but we anticipated it being in the city. The unit is on the 4th floor, and we were very grateful for the compact elevator. The management taem was great to work with, meeting us to show us around the unit and demonstrate how everything worked, and offering tips on dining and shopping in the area. Although the kitchen was well stocked, we ate many of our meals out due to so many restaurants in the area.We would love to stay here again!

#### A wonderful home!
Our family and another family rented this duplex in Porto; there were eight of us in total - four kids and four adults. The place in perfect! Enough space for everyone and very comfortable beds. We could walk to everything and were steps away from the Ribiera, which was great for a drink and people-watching. The owner was communicative and very helpful. I highly recommend this duplex!

This location is close to the Riberia which has its pros and cons. Pros: we were i. The heart of the action almost instantly Cons: The outside noise was pretty loud ant times and you are close to a tunnel which generated quite a bot of noise as well. The space was amazing in that it was huge. We spread out and it was what we needed at the end of a 3 week trip. Wifi was spotty in some of the rooms. Elevator was great since this is on the 4th floor. Midweek towel swap was great and beds and linens were excellent. I would recommend based on size and location but be aware of the extra noise.

#### Great location, cool and comfortable!
The apartment is situated in the prime Porto tourist area one block from the waterfront and was the perfect location for exploring the city. It was a little hectic at times with the crowds of tourists but also lots of fun! Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc, and there were even some very good wine stems for enjoying the great Portuguese wine. There was a small market across the street for essentials. The only minor issue we had was the spotty WiFi (we ended up connecting to the youth hostels wifi next door) and the construction directly across from the apt which prevented us from opening the windows. But the A/C worked great and it was nice to come back to the cool comfy apartment after a day of exploring in the warm temps. All in all it's a great apartment that I'd recommend to everyone!

Deceptive advertising of the property; what we found is a 5 bedroom 3 bath property with awful bathrooms including one with a return open and smelly waste that was open; two others one that was so small we could not enter the shower without bending….. The living room furniture was either broken or ripped…the kitchen was awe full; stove did not work, dishwasher was outside in back and there was no dryer….total misrepresentation from pictures advertised

#### Love your family, need your space? Perfect place!
This apartment was very spacious. Four large bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, gave us all room to get the hell away from One another. After 2 weeks of traveling through Spain and Portugal with my parents, two teenagers and one tween, we were thrilled with this apartment. The location is absolutely wonderful (it’s on Rick Steves scenic walk) and very convenient to everything. The apartment is generally well appointed and we appreciated the washer/dryer. The only negative was the kitchen drain was little slow in draining.
