🚶 Walking — This quiet residential neighborhood is near the Beaumont Village area, with cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk or quick drive.  
  
🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 24 (Fremont) and other local lines provide service to downtown Portland (\~20 min).  
  
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.  
  
🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.  
  
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 10 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from the nearby Hollywood Transit Center.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
\- Please note that the yard is shared with two other tiny homes.   
  
\- The loft sleeping area has a low ceiling, so please be cautious when entering and exiting this space. Its a cozy, snug spot!   
  
\- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.   
  
\- Please ensure all keys are left in the designated check-out spot upon departure.  
  
\- A replacement fee of $100 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.
