This is a quiet, wooded lot w/ Japanese garden This is a lovely retreat from the stress and noise of urban areas. RV is warm on winter and it has AC for summer time. This is sweet 32 ft long motorhome, aprox 300 sq ft and renovated. It's 1 bad 1 bath, living room, and full kitchen. Bedroom has queen size bed, the living room has TV, coffee maker and couch, WiFi, Amazon prime video streaming station, no cable tv. The home is easy to find with GPS navigation, only 10 min to walk to the Sunset Transit Center. Close to SV hospital, it's good for travel nurses. Please enjoy the Japanese garden as you walk around on the 1/2 acr property. There is a gas grill for use on a covered deck. We glad to meet with you during your trip, if you need some help or just want to talk about something. There were no laundry facilities as stated in the description for the property. Was informed that the wife would do my lanudry. I am picky when it comes to someone touching my belongings. This is a personal preference and not a reflection of the owner but this be stated in the advertisement of this property.The bathroom had a toilet that was not your regular toilet. Lets just say, the Host needs to look into something that is more permanent then what is currently being used. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like there could be possible mold growing. There were no lighting and made it difficult to enter the the property if you come back after 8p.
