« Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home »

« The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

« The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. »

« We stayed here for a girls weekend during our journey on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. The house is very cute and exceptionally clean. It's not quite as big as the pictures depict but was perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped and in a perfect location if you plan on visiting the wineries. « A PERFECT central location to explore the wine country, bike and hike the trails of Lake Chautauqua, and enjoy the local cuisine and friendly locals. The place was immaculately clean, comfortably appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The decorator has a very tasteful eye, and the cozy apartment utilizes space wisely. This place is so nice that it deserves a 5 Star Review even though the sofa could be upgraded (less supportive than an absentee father) and I’m not sure if...
