No central air but there was a room air conditioner in the master that we never used and am unsure if it would have cooled down the upstairs but should be noted if you need central air conditioning. They allowed dogs which was a bonus. Home was clean and well stocked with necessities. Large driveway so plenty of room for many cars and our boat. Such a cute place! ##### Holly L.
