« This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!! »

« We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

"Au départ, une frayeur car l'adresse indiquée nous emmenez sur un autre hotel dont l'aspect était encore pire. L'avantage de l'établissement est de se trouver au pied de l'autoroute ce qui est pratique lorsque vous faites un auto tour et que vous ne voulez pas dormir sur Florence. Cependant, un rafraîchissement est très urgent... il semble qu'ils ont.t commencé par la salle de sport qui est inaccessible pour cette raison. Pour les chambres, absence de prise proche des lits, interrupteurs à côté des lits inopérant et quand on lève les yeux au plafond, la moitié du plafonnier est manquant... Quant au petit-déjeuner, le choix est relativement limité. Je vous conseille de commander votre café car celui proposé est insipide. Au final, juste une halte sur la route pour dormir...."

"Chambre vieillotte , petite salle de bain, piscine extérieure avec très peu de transats sinon après dans l’herbe . Pas de possibilité d’assister au repas musical au restaurant le Cielo car nous étions en demi pension même en payant un supplément !Le service au restaurant Terrae trop long ( 2h ) la cuisine bonne jusqu’à hier ou j’ai fait un malaise à table à la fin du repas ( intoxication) Le lendemain personne n’a pris de mes nouvelles un peu impersonnel tout cela . Le point positif est le très bon massage que m’a fait la jeune femme du spa , le reste très léger pour un 4 étoiles ( même pas une bouilloire dans la chambre )"

"C'est notre 5e séjour dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est toujours enchanteur. Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait (un peu rapide) et il est dommage que l'eau minérale soit facturée dans la chambre. Les prix ont beaucoup augmenté."
