"We stayed for two days at the hotel and it was a wonderful place to stay in Busan. We were given an ocean view room. Well equipped gym at the property. Location is excellent with many restaurants nearby."

"One bedroom had a thin mattress in the floor as a bed. Bath tub leaked so it could not be used. The frame around one of bedroom doors came off and almost hit me. There was a fee to use the pool and the gym. The person at the front desk barely spoke any English."

"Yes, I paid for a room with a full ocean view, only to stare at a wall for two days. While other guests who paid less than me enjoyed the ocean view, it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Expedia didn’t make a reservation for the room I purchased; instead, they sent a generic reservation. I’m extremely disappointed in Expedia’s service. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting Expedia, the website and customer service were horrible, and I couldn’t speak to a real person. "

"Ocean view and 30th Floor view was amazing. We were on the main food, street entertainment shops walking street in Huenday Beach was only a few blocks away. We loved the location!"

"The hotel was so modern and sleek, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast being delivered to room every morning was a nice touch and the Dyson hairdryer was a luxury!"
