Tequila Sunrise is the perfect oceanfront oasis for your next vacation. This home sits directly on the ocean along one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County, in quiet, residential Port Orange.

Step through the front door and into paradise! Unique décor runs throughout the home. The oceanfront family room offers reclining leather furniture, a smart TV and access to the oceanfront patio, and it leads into a game room with a pool table. The oceanfront dining area has room for the whole family, and from there, step into the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, complete with thoughtful touches like a Keurig, dishwasher and wine cooler. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan lets the whole group gather and enjoy time together.

The home has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the first floor, while two bedrooms, a loft, a balcony and two bathrooms are on the second level. The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, private access to the pool deck and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a spacious walk-in shower with a low ledge, a double vanity and a separate toilet room. Guest Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a smart TV, with a full guest bathroom right next door. Guest Bedroom #2, located just off the entrance to the home, has a full bed and a smart TV.

Head upstairs to a sprawling loft, featuring a game area with a foosball table, a table and chairs, and a second living area with a smart TV. The loft opens onto the second floor balcony, the perfect spot for sunbathing! Guest Bedrooms #3 and #4 are very similar, each with a queen bed, a smart TV, a vanity and an ensuite bathroom. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Back on the first floor, a convenient laundry room sits off the 2-car garage, and an additional bathroom has an exterior door to the pool deck, perfect for pool days.

The spacious covered deck greets you with outdoor dining furniture, and when tummies start to growl, the propane grill makes al fresco oceanfront dining easy. Beyond the covered area, a paved pool deck surrounds the glistening oceanfront pool. Private beach access steps lead right down to the sand, and a convenient outdoor shower on the back deck makes rinsing off easy.

This home allows a maximum of 4 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, with a 2-car garage available for guest use and a driveway for 2 additional vehicles. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
