« Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey. »

« Clean place with nice accessories. Be careful with the cabs from LGA. Quite pricey. We were comfortable walking to the ferry terminal. The steps were a good workout! I didn’t feel the neighborhood was bad, it just wasn’t great. Very noisy. Next time I’d weigh the cost to get back & forth to Manhattan for convenience purposes. It’s only money, right? 😉 »

« While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect...
