"Room service only cleaned the bathroom, and the used towels were not collected. When I returned, the bed was still unmade. The DND card was also missing, and although we requested a replacement, it was never provided. Additionally, the parking entrance panel and reservation page both list the rate as $33 for 24 hours, but I was charged $38.10 instead."

"The uber availability was awesome. Waiting outside for an uber was not the best. The seating that was outside was for smokers. Nothing available for non smoking. Food was sub par at the Harbor Social. My expectations were not met."
