Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach
6/10 Okay
"It’s really close to the beach and strip. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Hotel does give out beach chairs and towels. Pool very small but the beach makes up for it. Hotel room was clean balcony is small so we didn’t go out. There is a dominoes pizza in the hotel and gift shops as well. Staff were nice and helpful."
Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

"The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's lots of construction going on inside the resort so prepare for scaffolding everywhere. Also the pool is soooo small. Another con is there are no microwaves in your room, and the resort does not have room service, so weird. I gave 3 stars because the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs to be repainted or wallpapered. On a positive note, the beds and linens are super comfy."
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"If you’re planning a trip to Hawaii, make sure you’re prepared to spend, because almost everything comes with an extra cost. Parking alone was $72 per night, and most places you visit require paid parking as well. For the price of the hotel, I expected much more. The rooms were outdated and did not match the premium rates being charged. I also recommend checking your room carefully when you arrive, including the sheets, pillows, and bedding. I noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the pillows, which was very concerning. While I was in bed, I also felt something crawling on me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is breathtaking, but my overall hotel experience was disappointing. For the amount of money being spent, I expected cleaner accommodations, updated rooms, and much better attention to detail."

"Great location with the beach directly across the street. The parking was convenient, especially if you choose to park on the property. The amenities were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, everything was excellent, and we had a great stay. My only complaint was that the elevators were very slow and often took a long time to arrive. Other than that, everything was great."

"Nice property- rooms are a good size. Temperature for the shower was way off- wouldn’t hold a consistent temperature. Parking spots are very narrow, and disappointed we had to pay for overnight parking even though we were staying there. Staff was very friendly."
