"FYI I was in an Accessible room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was appreciated as it was a hot buffet not just continental selections. Room was new looking and clean. "

"Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10-15 train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining table was tilted. TV signal was very weak, had trouble watching the news on TV because the signal was low. Improvements."

"Room was great but everyone in the hotel checking out at 10am is hard, had to wait ages for lifts, we had a lot of luggage and a trolley, but only access to room has stairs"

"We had 3 rooms, 2 were city side and were great, the 3rd was Docklands side and we heard trains all night 2 were twin rooms, 1 was King room. King room there is no door on the amenities but the is in the twin room."
