- This romantic Villa with pool in Pollensa is tucked away in the Ternelles valley at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Surrounded by cypresses and oak and pine trees you can enjoy the tranquillity of the country side. The area around the house is protected so you find a very green environment with a big variety of birds. The house is located approx. 1,5 km away from the historic town of Pollensa.
The house is tastefully decorated with Majorcan furniture, it has a warm and cosy atmosphere. The house offers a spacious a sitting/ dining room, 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
It´s a little private paradise and a perfect place to be and soak up the atmosphere of the local countryside. Pollensa Town nearby with its shops, cafes and restaurants offers you the opportunity of seeing daily Majorcan everyday life. There are many sandy beaches to choose from in the area all within a 10 to 20 minute drive by car.
The property is very large. It has two separate housing areas with two detached homes each having its own yard and private pool. The next door finca Can Colonya can host eight people. Perfect for a family holiday or an escape with friends.
