Modern apartment in the famous residential complex Bellresguard

  • Un bel appartement avec trois chambres, dans un complexe résidentiel qui partage une grande piscine à trois niveaux en plus de beaux jardins et étangs.

    Bel appartement avec climatisation dans tout l'appartement. Un rez-de-chaussée entièrement équipé et décoré avec goût.

    La chambre est grande et lumineuse avec son propre jardin privé donnant sur les jardins et les bassins de la piscine. Il y a aussi une terrasse à l'avant avec table à manger.

    La chambre principale a une salle de bain en suite, il y a deux chambres avec deux lits et une avec un lit, parfaites pour les enfants de la maison. Les deux petites chambres partagent une salle de douche.

    De l'appartement, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et un jardin avec une variété de plantes et de fleurs entourant la grande piscine, la promenade des pins et la plage sont à quelques mètres.

    Dans le complexe, il y a un espar et un restaurant où vous pourrez déguster votre excellente nourriture.

Great apartment in a great location. So close to the pine walk and other amenities close to hand. The children loved the pool. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und bei Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet und geholfen. Lage und Ausstattung sind klasse.Am letzten Abend zogen über uns Jugendliche ein - das war etwas nervig. Dafür kann aber unsere Vermieterin nichts.

We loved our stay! Pictures don’t do this place justice and the location is FANTASTIC at the best end of the Pine Walk, literally two mins walk to the beach and the sea.

Very lovely apartment. Great location, with the pool, the restaurant, the shop. The cot was great as was the high chair. The garden was a real bonus. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. Will likely book again.

What a great flat! Very comfortable and spacious. Only problem we had was finding the flat, late at night. We were dropped off at the wrong gate! It would be helpful if the flat numbers were beside the gate nearest the flat. Excellent pool facilities. We hopefully will be back.

It is always stressful travelling and having to find your apartment. This made more difficult by having to find where to pick up the key some half a mile away in a different development.

Always enjoy Puerto Pollensa

Booking was straight forward and questions answered quickly. Check in involved collecting keys from a nearby hotel… 10 minute walk. The keys were taken back there on leaving. Bedrooms were adequate, second bedroom was small with difficulty opening wardrobe door due to close proximity on a bed. The apartment was well equipped with really good aircon throughout. Pool area was lovely, although all too deep for our 1 year old to sit in.

Puerto Pollenca

The property is spacious and clean, as a group of 3 adults it was great to have a room each. Perfect location, 3 minutes to the beach, very close to a shop and a lovely 10 minute stroll into the town. Lovely pool and not crowded during our stay. The only downside was the check-in, where despite my enquiries before our arrival, the host had not made it at all clear where we should collect the keys - Aparthotel Flora - a 10-15 minute walk from the property. She did answer my call fairly promptly to explain, but this could easily have been avoided with better instructions in advance. The air conditioning was not working during our stay, we were allowed late checkout at no extra cost on our final day which was appreciated. All in all we had a great 4 night break!

Fabulous with a few niggles!

The property is a little tired. Both toilet seats broken. Cooker hood fan and hairdryer not working. Lack of serving dishes, no tin opener. Issues with main entrance door. Very difficult to open as door frame coming away from wall. Despite this we had a great holiday and would stay there again as price reflects overall condition.

Great apartment in wonderful surroundings

The apartment provided everything we needed. Great kitchen and bedrooms. The garden for the apartment was an added bonus and we loved the fish ponds - the frogs at night were amazing. The pool area was great and all so close to the beach. All in all a great stay and we would come again.
