Rest in a natural environment This attractive and very popular single storey villa is ideally situated for those wanting not only to visit both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, but Alcudia as well, with all the local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute drive. Tastefully furnished in a typical Mallorcan style, the open plan lounge/dining area leads out to a large well-established garden via the cool, shaded terrace. For those wishing to stay in an authentic Majorcan villa but still have all the creature comforts associated with a relaxing holiday in the sun, this house is perfect! Pool is a great size and garden is super. Decor is quite traditional but has all facilities you need, location well placed between Pollensa and Peurto Pollensa - c.15 mins either way. Herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und Schattigen Plätzen, Austostellplatz im Schatten. Mikrowell, Backofen, Spühlmaschiene ud Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr. Rund um gute Ausstattung. Gitter in den Fenstern so dass man immer Lüften konnte und trotzdem das Haus verschlossen war Es wäre schön, könnte man auch das Haupttor verschließen.
