Beach front Apartment with dinning terrace:  
Pollensa Bay’s wide arc of turquoise waters entice all those who come, many return again and again, many settle here. Even Pollencins who have grown up here never tire of the place and lose their love of this beautiful bay. So to wake up to it every day is a dream holiday come true.  
  
This apartment is brand new; its huge floor-to-ceiling windows make sure that those bright blue skies are right in your home. With the beach just below and the quaye beyond with La Fortaleza — of Night-Manager fame — in the background, this is Puerto Pollensa at its best.  
  
The apartment in on the first floor by lift of the building, from the entrance you access to the open plan dining area and lounge open out onto the big terrace with a dinning table that offers those beach views. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms (1 en suite to master bedroom) 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single bed (can be converted in a double) and 1 bedroom with a single bed. All apartment is fully air conditioned.  
  
When you’re not enjoying the beach (whether you’re on, in or next to the sea), when you’re not shopping or dining or taking in the atmosphere downstairs, this is where you’ll want to be, a gin and tonic in hand, soaking in the view and not a care in the world.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bicycle Storage Prohibited:Storing bicycles inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building (such as hallways, entrances, shared terraces, or courtyards) is not allowed. This rule is intended to maintain order, safety, and the appearance of the property.
