Its location offers panoramic views of the bay, the pier, and the La Fortaleza area. The beach is just opposite, across the promenade, only a few metres away on foot. The apartment has been designed for comfort and practicality. It features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for dining outdoors while enjoying the views. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. The layout includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and the other, en suite to the master bedroom, with a bath and shower. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area, as well as complimentary WiFi. There is no private parking available. Parking is not permitted along the seafront promenade, but free parking can be found in nearby streets, and there are also public car parks—both free and paid—in the vicinity. Bicycle use: it is not permitted to store bicycles inside the apartment or in the building’s communal areas such as corridors, entrances, shared terraces, or courtyards. But this property is expensive and the stay was marred by some silly faults that could be easily fixed ie no instruction booklets for anything even if in spanish we all have google translate I had to find the electrical cupboard to correct a jumper on the air condition that had tripped. The sink plug in the bathroom did not work so you could not fill the sink. Despite a picture showing some reclining chairs on the website there was nothing there so we could not relax on the terrace. There was also no parasol so no shade during a hot day unless you crept into the sace shaded by the tree. We also had problems opening the patio door which was fixed I think. The other patio door could not be used because the external blinds were broken and they blocked that exit Great place to stay but for the price these faults should be corrected. Gary ##### Gary W.
